Wakandi Group is excited to welcome Lillian as a back-office administrator in the company. Lillian is an experienced administrative assistant/personal assistant with over a decade of experience in office administration duties. She will be handling all the administrative tasks while working together with the team to support Wakandi’s goals and vision. 

Lillian has been working in Madhvani Group Ltd. in Uganda, as a secretary for a long thirteen years. She also served as a chairwoman/secretary for the Women Council in the local community for nine years, lobbying, advocating and championing women’s rights and the significance of education for girls at the local government.

Lillian has also worked as a social worker at Porsgrunn governmental immigration camp for minors. She was also an intern with the Norwegian tax administration in Greenland in 2018 for four months.

Lillian received her education at the University of South-East Norway with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration majoring in Accounting. She also holds an international diploma in administrative/personal assistant and secretarial duties from Cambridge International College.

Lillian promises to utilize her vast experience to further strengthen the Wakandi team. She says, “As a firm believer in positive thinking at the workplace and a people builder, I want to use my emotional intelligence and diverse background to add values to the team and help create relationships and culture beneficial for Wakandi. I am proud to be joining the passionate and dedicated team in their mission in the Sub Saharan African.”
