Pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Tanzania

Wakandi Group is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Dar es Salaam, the largest city and the former capital of Tanzania. The decision is taken to help strengthen Wakandi’s position in the African market, enabling the team to offer better services, interact better with the local community, and expand their scope. 

Wakandi is building a Credit Association Management System (CAMS) working closely with the local communities in Africa to gain constant feedback. The new office with dedicated resources will enable the team to dig deeper into the mindset of communities and understand their challenges better. It can also help the team to design the solution to be more user friendly and intuitive. CAMS is a financial inclusion system that can be used by thousands of SACCOs and other informal financial groups to connect with the banking sector and avail better financial services as well as solve the challenges they face in day-to-day operations.

The opening of the new office also marks the beginning of Wakandi Tanzania – a subsidiary company of the Wakandi Group to dedicatedly manage operations in Tanzania. The company is registered in Tanzania and will be responsible for partnering and collaborating with clients in Tanzania and provide the CAMS solution to customers looking for effective and affordable financial solutions.  

It has been an exciting journey in Africa and with this new office, Wakandi aims to solidify its position in the market and work in close collaboration with the local community.
